The Press-Enterprise, NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO SELL SURPLUS REAL PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education for the Corona-Norco Unified School District on June 14, 2016 adopted a Resolution Declaring Its Intent to Sell approximately 12.41 acres of unimproved real property located on the east side of Garretson Avenue between Santana Way and Chase Drive, in the City of Corona, California (the "Property'). The City of Corona has approved Tentative Tract Map Number 36764 and Zone Change Applications CZ14-001 and CZ16-001 (the "Entitlements") authorizing the development of 20 residential lots on the Property. An Optional Pre-Bid Meeting will be held in the District Conference Room "J" East, at 10:00 a.m. on July 13, 2016 to learn more about the Property Entitlements and terms of sale for the Property. Written bids for the purchase of the Property must be received no later than 7:00 p.m. on September 6, 2016, at the Board Room of the District, located at 2820 Clark Avenue, Norco, California 92860. Any written bids submitted after 7:00 p.m. will not be considered. The written bids may be submitted in person on September 6, 2016 between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the District Board Room or by 4:00 p.m. on that date to the Facilities Division of the District Board Room of the District at the aforementioned address, Attention: Ted E. Rozzi, Assistant Superintendent, Facilities. Bids will be opened at the Board meeting which begins at 7:00 p.m. on September 6, 2016.
